Rolled Up & $moked started off as a family conversation between Shannon and others detailing the history of food service within current and past generations. Shannon’s love of cooking began as a child in Tennessee watching his elders and parents cook delicious meals, passing along the knowledge they gained over a lifetime. Working for several years in the restaurant industry Shannon gained valuable experience and knowledge that would eventually aide him on his quest to be a restaurant owner and operator.

BC Cargo is providing a springboard for Shannon to fulfill his dream. That dream incorporates his family and the youth to have a foundation in which to build and develop their future goals and dreams. Rolled Up & $moked plans to offer excellent food and service with special attention to quality, daily freshness, and a menu that always gives you a different take on popular food items. They will also offer simple economical meals for youth and those less fortunate on a daily basis.
