Da Snack Squad has been in the making for nearly nine years. Ever since high school, Quincy Bozell dreamed of owning his own business. Over the years, he experimented with numerous products. His journey took a pivotal turn when he joined an entrepreneurial leadership program and met someone who reminded him that dreams and goals are always important and achievable, regardless of the obstacles.

Inspired and determined, he took a chance and bought a nut machine. He developed a unique recipe for cinnamon roasted almonds, pecans, and cashews. Initially, he handed out samples and received positive feedback. This encouraged him to enter farmers’ markets, and eventually, he secured contracts with notable venues such as Kellogg Arena, Wings Stadium, and Lansing Center.

Throughout the years, his children have grown to love the business, enjoying the opportunity to work alongside their dad. It has taught them valuable lessons about work ethic, responsibility, and entrepreneurship, giving them a chance to earn their own money and learn how to run a business.
